Kulak looked not great in Dev Camp. Kylington looked much better. It's Dev camp though so that might not mean much.

Treliving was saying in interviews post-Dev camp he had to have a "chat" with Andersson re: his weight/conditioning during camp. lol

I'm not sold on tspoon...he is closest to NHL ready but I think he will just be a depth D man at best

Well thought he looked good 2 years ago on his short appearance, sometimes those successes can go to your head, maybe he thought it was going to be easy, took in for granted?
We can only hope he comes in hungry and prepared to take that 7th spot!

I agree on Kylington. He's on a different level than any of the Flames D prospects. The thing that confuses me is why Kylington slipped to the 2nd round ? His skating is NHL already and he looks like he's smart with the puck. I have a feeling he's going to start the season with the Flames.

The flames are so deep on defensive prospects I think it's probably the last thing on their minds. There's no way he's getting a one way

I think JJ coming in kinda pushed TSpoon down the pipeline. Hope to see what he can bring but not sure if there will be room for him going forward.

Probably a smart move on his part to push for a 1 way, he won't get it, but it will force the Flames to trade him next year.

I think he will get a 1 way and I think it would be foolish to trade him. Next year,it seems everyone is saying that Jokipakka will be picked up by the expansion club. I think TSpoon could play his way to the 2nd pair as Hamiltoms sidekick. He has the D game to compliment Hamilton's O game. Who knows, if he plays well this year, maybe it's him that gets picked up at expansion.

His numbers are trash, his stats aren't encouraging, he's slow, and literally brings nothing special to the table that any 7th dman couldn't do.
He's 6'3", that's about it. Not that he uses his size or anything. So that's useless as well.
